Blackbear is someone who I have always listened to and loved his sound. I first found him on soundcloud and loved all of the different remixes he did. I liked him so much I bought a ticket to Hangout Music Festival to see him which he sadly didn't make it to due to health issues. His newest song "Hot Girl Bummer" has been a song a lot of my friends have been into lately. I like that my friends group has very different taste in music so when we all get on a song we like we share it with each other!
'Hot Girl Bummer' has an interesting beat to it that I find so catchy. The vocals are also amazing but it is one of those songs you just want to scream because it symbolizes a mood so well. It is currently number 45 on Billboards Hot 100 and has been on the chart for 11 weeks. My favorite lyrics from the song are:
